I hold a degree in Andragogy (adult education expert) and am an ACC credentialed coach by the International Coaching Federation. I also have a Diploma in Executive Coaching from the Academy of Executive Coaching in the UK, a Certified Professional Value and Behavioural Analyst and Consultant (CPVA and CPBA) by TTI Success Insights Central-Eastern Europe, a 360 Degree and Behavioural Event Interview (BEI) Feedback Consultant and an Accredited Licensed Practitioner of Neuro-Agility Profile™ (NAP™).

Additionally, I have served as President of the Hungarian Chapter of the International Coaching Federation, further enhancing my leadership skills.

I have over 19 years of experience coaching individuals and teams in multinational organizations. I have worked with some of the most prestigious organizations in various businesses in Hungary and Central-Eastern Europe.
